    1 Flour Duster for the bottom of the first conveyor belt (Flour Duster #1) Oscillating Pressing Paddles
    1 Flour Duster for the top of the dough. (Flour Duster #2)
    Satellite Sheeting Head with 8 Rollers

    Calibrating Unit consists of:
    1 Flour Duster to dust the top of the dough after Satellite roller. (Flour Duster #3)
    1 Incline Conveyor
    1 Flour Duster for the Incline Conveyor under Cross Roller #1. (Flour Duster #4)
    1 Flour Duster before Cross Roller #2 (Flour Duster #5)
    1 Final Calibrating Roller for final dough thickness 2mm.

    Jumboline consists of:
    1 Cutting Station
    1 Dough Docker
    1 Die Cutter 8.5in x 6.5in Aluminum. Shown in pics.
    1 Die Cutter 10.75in x 10.25in UHMW 1 Die Cutter 16in X 8in Aluminum. Shown in pics.
    2 Scrap Take Away Brushes. Not shown in picture but can be seen in the google drive pics.
    1 Oil Sprayer. We never used the oil sprayer. Not shown in picture but available upon request.

    - We never ran the Guillotine

    *This line was originally making Ciabatta bread. Line was converted to make a very thin 2mm thick flatbread. Line purchased used in March, 2021 and completely rebuilt the entire machine and we didn't start running it until January 2023. The Rondo line seen in the photographs was running perfectly until our last day of operation on August 14, 2024. Video available upon request.
