    La Monferrina P6 Pasta Machine and Multi Pasta Attachment.

    Manufactured in Italy and purchased in 2020.

    Used sparingly, immaculately maintained and incredibly versatile. Comes with 2 ravioli molds, 4 brass dies for fresh noodles (gnocchetti, lasagna sheets, fusilli and rigatoni) perforated pasta drying tray, detachable fan for drying, water cooling connections, single and double blade cutting knives and sheet cutting attachment. Hopper has an 8KG capacity. Perfect workhorse for a small pasta factory, or busy restaurant. It’s only been used for making vegan products, in case that matters to you.

    Many different shapes of dies and molds are available from the manufacturer, if you're looking to add different styles and shapes to your offerings.
