    Drops 6 Dough Balls at a time, making the Production Rate: 6,000 Dz. per Hr.

    This Corn Tortilla Line has been 95% Rebuilt, according to the Seller.

    It consists of the following pieces:

    Horizontal Sigma Blad Mixer:
    Capacity 650# Dough.(rebuilt with new seals, shaft & control panel. 100% rebuilt to new working condition).

    Hydraulic Hoist:
    (Replaced Slide Chute Mechanism, for new assembly. Checked bearings & replaced as needed & repacked) 96% finished

    Pre Sheeter:
    (Replaced Rollers with New, Inspected Bearings for wear, Replaced as need. Motor tested good) 95% rebuild.

    Oven Gas:
    (Cleaned Combustion System, replaced Oven discharge assembly and the motor). 80% rebuild,

    Vacume Conveyor: And Tiered Cooling Conveyor:
    All belting on Conveyors has been replaced with New belting as needed .
    replaced all UHMW wear strips. replaced vacum conveyors internal metal wear strips) 95% rebuilt).

    A similar NEW Line would sell for: Approx. $1,300,000.

    This Line can be inspected under power, & inspection is welcome.
