    Description

    Ronchi 6 head rotary pump placer model SIRIO-PD-6 with pump sorter and pump elevator, new Allen Bradley controls (refurbished in 2020). serial # 3322-TP.

    Equipment rated up to 120bpm (last running 95bpm with current application). Infeed bottle conveyor with bottle screw indexing system, 60in pump sorter, pump double belt conveyor, pick up of pump by grippers, stem alignment system, chuck applies final torque of pump on bottle prior to exiting machine, reject system for pump presence.

    Remote stainless steel electrical panel with Allen Bradley PLC type CompactLogix. Allen Bradley HMI type Panelview Plus 1000 with operator controls, all mounted on swivel panel. Polycarbonate guards with security interlocks, including additional tunnel guards added to infeed and outfeed. 480V, 3ph, 60hz, 30A. Air 90PSI.
