    This servo drive Last used in food service cutting trays of Lasagna into 12 squares.  Trays were approx. 10in x 12in.  The process is as follows:
    STEP 1 - Infeed to Cutting Station 1:The product enters Ultrasonic Cutting Station 1. The conveyor belt stops when the Stop Photo Eye detects product

    STEP 2 - Cutting Station 1:An Ultrasonic Knife cuts the product in the machine direction. The size of the cuts are predetermined by the settings entered in the HMI. Two cuts take place. When cutting is completed, the product indexes to Cutting Station 2.

    STEP 3 - Infeed to Cutting Station 2:The product enters Ultrasonic Cutting Station 2. The conveyor belt stops when the Stop Photo Eye detects product.

    EP 4 -Cutting Station 2: An Ultrasonic Knife begins cutting the product in the cross machine direction. The size of the cuts are predetermined by the settings entered in the HMI. Three cuts take place. When cutting is completed, the conveyor carries the product to the discharge end of the machine.

    Allen Bradley panel view 600 HMI.  Machine is fully guarded. We have the manual on CD. Excellent condition very little use.
