    700 gallon batch pasteurized in mint condition. Quality workmanship. Dome top. Sloped flat bottom. 2" outlet ( recessed close coupled to meet dairy code) 2 HP Sew agitator with VFD. Two thermowells. Jet CIP ball. 3 zone jacket for water or steam. 2 feet high removable legs. Currently used for dairy. We need to get a larger vat.
