Want a line that is versatile, right fit for a small custom bottler. This line has been in use for a Spring Water business bottling our label and private label product for various customers. FOGG 18-5-4, 2 cappers 28/38mm, bottles 12oz – 3 ltr,1 gal, New England unscrambler, McBrady 8’ deionizer/rinser, Accrapply PSA labeler oriented & non, ROBOPAC BlueStar bundler up to 42/min pack 2 – 35 unit pack, glass, plastic or cans, tray, slip sheet, unsupported, registered/non-registered film. Sold business to Nestle’s Last ran Jan. 2021. Line has adjustable rails to accommodate various size bottles, a flat bottle feeder for large bottles as well as the unscrambler, 2 accumulation tables to reset equipment and keep the rest of the line in production.
New England Unscrambler
New England Machinery, Model NEHAE-60, Serial # 2766, in excellent condition, can sort bottle from 8 oz to 1 gallon, HDPE or PET. Used by us for 500ML, 1 liter bottles. Machine estimated to be 12 yrs old.
Mc Brady Air Rinser Compact model
Model # HS300, Serial # HS-A329-8 manufactured 7/20/2001, deionized air 8’ in length. Adjustable grippers for glass and plastic can handle small bottles to 12 oz – 3 liter.
FOGG FILLER CAPPER
FG-185 510-141-1-96R wide pitch 18-5-4 added a second capper for quicker change over time. Steel filler valves for 28mm and 38mm filling, Screw cappers 2, 28mm and 38mm, also have 43mm capper setup. Star wheels and feed screws for 500ml, 1 liter, and 1 gallon, Dual feed cap blower feeder, siemens software air knives to remove water before labeling all inside a negative heppa filtered clean room.
ACCRAPLY Labeler
Model 35PW-M, Serial#07700, Precession PSA labeler with orientor for specific placement of labels. Feed screws for 12floz, 500ml, 1 liter, 3 liter/1gal Handles 140 bottles per minute, spreader bar goes down to ¾” from bottom up 7” for placing full height labels on bottles.
