*NEW* Automatic Monoblock Filler, Plugger and/or Capper

All Monoblock Machines are custom built to order at our in-house facility (in the US) and will be tooled to your bottles/caps & other components. If you should have any questions, please feel free to schedule a conference call with BOE.
Monoblock Machine consisting of approx. 12-24 indexing stations utilizing a custom starwheel(s) which will control containers throughout the entire filling, plugging, & capping process.
Each station will consist of multiple functions in order to automatically fill each bottle to proper volume/height, hand fed or automatically fed plug inserting, hand fed or automatically fed cap placement, & automatic cap application to industry standard spec @ speeds of approx. 25BPM (+/- Dependant on viscosity of product and customer's requirements).
Bottle Loading:
-Operator to place empty bottles onto the infeed belt. Conveyor is approx. 8’ long with standard 3.25” tabletop chain. Stainless steel construction. (Bottle Feeding/Unscrambling Table Can Be Added Upon Request. BOE Item #420400)
Automatic Filling:
-Automatic piston filling station with diving nozzle(s), to consistently dispense pre-set volume of product into each container.
-Adjustable fill volume
-Equipped with necessary sensors for no-bottle, no-fill
-Additional filling heads can be added upon request to increase overall output
(For Plug Inserting Applications)
Hand-Fed Or Bowl Fed Automatic Plug Inserting:
-Machine will consist of a vibratory inline track to feed plugs into an automatic plugging inserting station.
-Equipped with all necessary sensors for no-bottle, no-plug
Option A) Operator to hand-feed plug track
Option B) Vibratory Bowl Feeder To Orientate Bulk Plugs & Automatically Feed Track. With all necessary sensors for no bottle-no plug, track sufficient sensor, etc.
Cap Placement:
-Vibratory Bowl or centrifugal style cap feeder to orientate bulk caps & automatically feed inline cap track, cap nesting station, and cap escapement system where the machine will automatically apply the cap onto the bottle and start the thread.
Automatic Cap Application/Tightening:
-Automatic Screw Capping station for final torque, utilizing chuck-style cap tightener to apply cap to proper torque spec
-Bottle gripping system to control the container & prevent spinning or lifting while cap is being applied
-Snap capping applications available as well
-Filled & finished containers will then automatically exit the starwheel and continue back onto the outfeed conveyor for any downstream operations. (Bottle Unscrambling Table Can Be Added Upon Request. BOE Item #415059)
-Machine will be controlled through a PLC and HMI Touch Screen Controller, where any necessary adjustments can be made quickly and easily.
-Machine will be equipped with all proper tooling to run your bottles & other components (plugs, caps, etc.)
Estimated Lead Time: Approx. 8-12 Weeks From Receipt Of Cleared Payment.
