Fully Automatic Monoblock Filling, Plugging, Capping Machine
*Tooled To Run Customer's Supplied 1.25oz Drug Oval Bottles With Customer's Supplied Plastic Friction Fit Plugs And CRC Caps*

Monoblock Machine consisting of 24 station indexer with custom starwheel(s) which will control the containers throughout the entire filling, plugging, & capping process. Each station will consist of multiple functions in order to automatically fill, plug, & cap customer's supplied bottles @ speeds of 40ppm or higher.
-1 Year Warranty (Excluding standard wear parts such as rubber bottle grippers, rubber capping chuck inserts, piston gaskets/seals, etc.). Spare wear parts to be included with the machine.
-New s/s conveyor belt. Approx. 8-10' Long x 3.25" wide. Equipped Low Friction Guide Rails & Belting (as per customer's request). Conveyor to be mounted on common frame of Monoblock Machine, leaving approx. 3'-4' at infeed of machine to allow ample space for customer's OMEGA Bottle Unscrambler.
Automatic Filling:
-2 Head Piston Filling Station with bottom-up fill. Utilizing (x2) FILAMATIC Pistons in order to achieve a gradual fill
-Filling Station to be equipped with all necessary sensors, including no-bottle no-fill
Automatic Plug Inserting:
-Machine will consist of a vibratory bowl feeder and vibratory inline track to orientate customer's supplied plugs.
-Automatic Plug Inserting Station to properly apply customer's supplied plugs onto customer's supplied bottles
-Pre Feeder to supply vibratory bowl feeder
-Equipped with all necessary sensors including, but not limited to: no-bottle no-plug, vibratory bowl level sensor, & vibratory inline track sensor to ensure plug feeding system is kept sufficient
Automatic Cap Placement:
-Machine will consist of a vibratory bowl feeder and vibratory inline track to orientate customer's supplied caps
-Automatic Cap Application Station to properly apply customer's supplied caps onto customer's supplied bottle and start the thread onto the neck of the bottle, ensuring correct cap placement
-Pre Feeder to supply vibratory bowl feeder
-Equipped with all necessary sensors including, but not limited to: no-bottle no-cap, vibratory bowl level sensor, and vibratory inline track sensor to ensure cap feeding system is kept sufficient
Final Torque Station:
-Automatic Final Torque Station, Equipped With Magnetic Clutch To Achieve Consistent Cap Torque At Industry Spec For Customer's Supplied "CRC" Caps
-Final Torque Station will utilize a custom capping chuck (either 3 jaw type, serrated type, or other custom design). TBD in order to best suit customer's application.
-Bottle Gripping system to control the container and prevent spinning or lifting while final torque is being applied
-Filled & finished containers will then automatically exit the starwheel and continue back onto the outfeed conveyor for any downstream operations.
-Machine will be controlled through a PLC and HMI Touch Screen Controller, where any necessary adjustments can be made quickly and easily.-Machine equipped with all necessary sensors/controls/E-Stops, etc.
-Bottle presence sensor at infeed of machine, as well as at each station such as: Filling Stations, Plugging Station, Capping Station, Etc.-With all necessary tooling to run customer's supplied bottle, plug, & cap components
-Power Requirements: 120VAC, 1 Phase
All Monoblock Machines are custom-built to order at our in-house facility in PA and will be tooled to your bottles/caps & other components.
*NEW* 48" Diameter S/S Rotary Accumulation/Surge Table:
-To transfer customer's bottles from Monoblock Filler, Plugger, Capper Onto customer's labeling machine
-Motorized unscrambling wheel to accommodate customer's oval bottles (variable speed)
-Equipped with manual open/close exit gate at outfeed of surge table to allow bottles to accumulate on rotary table during label change
-Rotary table is driven by high-performance D.C. Gearmotor with variable speed controller
-Power requirements: 120VAC, 1 Phase
