This is a vertical-form-fill-and-seal (VFFS) bagger that is loaded with options and in excellent condition. The Masipack Ultra VS 300 includes everything from tip to tail to complete your packaging system.

It includes a Z-style bucket elevator system which gives it the small footprint for an elevator. The buckets in the elevator were just replaced for the first time and are all new in this elevator. The elevator drops the product onto a 16 dual stage hopper scale that integrates flawlessly with the bagger timing.
Some of the upgraded features the bagger has are film auto alignment, integrated date coder, upgraded servo-drive motors, and an easily removable former system.
The scale has its own control screen that can be mounted up near the scale or down below on ground level. The main bagger screen is integrated into the front of the bagger. The main bagger electrical control box is easily assessable on ground level on the side of the bagger frame. Once the product is packaged, it drops onto a pack-off conveyor and turntable. The conveyor and turntable are connected on a single frame mounted on rollers. Being on rollers makes it easy to move out of the way and clean the floor underneath it.
This bagger includes a 9' x 8' platform with a single stairway.
The overall dimensions (LxWxH) are (351” x 126” x 171”).
The power requirement are: Voltage - 220 Vca, Phases – 3, Frequency – 60 Hz, Power – 5 KVA.
