    Description

    Stainless steel 350mm diameter screw refiner, previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi. Product feeds through 4in diameter sanitary tri-clamp connection to screw feed area into refining area. Screen has1/8in diameter perforations. Driven by 30 HP, 1170 RPM, 460-volt, 3/60Hz thru Beier gearbox variator with speed range of 0.27 - 1.08. Previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi where the fish meat is pushed through the refiner to remove small bones, skins and scales. Manufactured by FKC Screw Press, model RE-350, serial number M-1733.
