IKA model DR3/13 Dispax Reactor in line disperser, 3 in triclamp style inlet / outlet, S/ S head, 50 HP 3/60/460 56 amps. 3500 RPM, 5/8 in fluid inlets, S/S pipe frame mounted on casters
The Dispax Reactor is a high shear dispersing machine for the production of micro-emulsions and very fine suspensions. Produces a small droplet, or particle size, with a very narrow distribution.
DR 3-13 series of in-line dispersers, is a high quality, versatile production unit, capable of flow rate throughputs approaching 100 gpm. This rate is based on water (cP=1), gravity fed, with no backpressure. Actual flow rates through the machine depend on: fluid viscosity, fluid behavior under high shear conditions, flow piping schemes, system backpressure, and the rotor/stator setup in the unit itself.
