    Description

    Ross Model HSM-101 high shear batch mixer, Serial number 210950.

    Includes Four (4) blade 2.5in diameter rotor for operation up to 3600 RPM with Slotted stator head.

    Unit is direct-driven by a 1.5 HP, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz explosion proof (Class I, Div. 1, Group D). Shaft length (from bottom of mounting flange to bottom of stator) to be 24.5in.

    All product contact parts are stainless steel type 316 with exception of the Teflon rotor shaft bushing. All stainless steel surfaces to have a 32 Ra machined finish.

    Includes AC-TECH power inverter speed control, voltage input 120 Volts, single phase, output 230 volts, 3-phase.

    Mixer is mounted on a Pittsburg heavy duty 1-Ton folding shop crane.
