    Gemco 5 cubic foot working capacity double cone blender with liquid solids bar, model L/S W/H. S. Agit, serial #B-91910.

    Features all stainless steel pharmaceutical grade construction, rated for 60lb/cubic foot product density, 16" charging port with gasketed vented cover and 3 swing mounted screw down holding clamps, liquid solids bar with two dispersion disks, 6" discharge with manually operated butterfly valve, front and rear stainless steel frame with acrylic doors protecting rotating blender with integated electro-mechanical safety interlocks, 1 horsepower shell drive with grove gear reducer directly driving shell at 24 RPM, 5 horsepower reliance motor belt driving liquid solids bar @ 2200 RPM, all drive by Reliance 230/460/3 phase, motors are enclosed in stainless steel cabinets with full hinged service doors, factory control panel wired for 230/3 phase service includes timers for shell and bar, digital tacometer for shell, power indicator light, control start/stop, master stop and E stop, jog run functions and jog button, stainless steel frame with four 8" swivle and locking casters, swing mounted floor legs, blender has 34" discharge height as shown.

    Formerly used in ethical pharmaceutical service.
