    Description

    15in Chesnut, serial # 286, 1-color Model 150 laminator / printer, 2-roll rotogravure coating station or register print station with dry-bond laminating station.

    Has been in line with Nilpeter label press laminating film-to-film or coating or printing in register.
    Web width 15in (380mm).
    Speeds up to 600 FPM.
    Material range: paper & paper board up to .015in, films, foils.
    2-roll gravure coating or register print station with 13 ft. gas dryer laminating station and secondary single position unwind.
    Secondary single position unwind set up for 3in cores.
    30in diameter rolls.
    Unwind has Coast pneumatic automatic edge guiding system.
    Edge guide the secondary unwind.
    Air brake & automatic tension control system on secondary unwind.
    480 voltage, 60 cycle, 3 phase.
    Explosion-proof.
    Gas burner & blower.
    13 ft. long dryer, explosion proof.
    Solvent & water-based coatings / inks.
    Idlers in machine are 16in wide.
