    This Water Jacketed Oil / Wax Tank (Melter-Heater) is Great for processing Liquid Soap, Melt and Pour, Cold Processed, Lotions, Candle Wax Melting and much more.

    All fittings, inner and outer tanks, and lid, are 304 Stainless Steel. Our tanks are Cosmetic Grade, and can be used for Certified Organic production.

    Included With Your Tank:

    ½” (13mm) Inlet and Outlet for quick cooling of balms, lotion, butters, etc.

    Extra Element. You may never need it but you will have it if you do.
    Large 1 ½” (38mm), Three-Way Ball Valve for ease in dispensing thick liquids.

    Ball Valve tension is adjustable.

    Dispenses at a 90° angle keeping the number of fittings required minimal... easier to clean.

    Includes Lid with molded high-temp, Handle to eliminate the need for gloves in handling.

    Complete with Thermostat, Element and Cord. Pipe Seal included.

    UL approved components

    Outlet and valve Cleaning Brush included

    Full set of easy to follow instructions with production tips.
